Client Services Manager
Melissa Miller is a Client Services Manager at Mercury New Media. She is responsible for managing the support specialist (s) at Mercury New Media. As well as the growth and cultivation of the support team. Ensure that the support department is driving impact to both our team and clients. Responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Troubleshoot and drive resolution on escalated support tickets. Responsible for the development and improvement of support procedures and infrastructure needs. Assessment, analysis and delivery of online care packages and proactive support.
Melissa brings with her over five years of experience in the Web industry but over ten years of experience in management in a variety of markets. She has knowledge in Web design, Web development, and Search Engine optimization practices as well as management skills that help her lead projects and work easily with development teams. Melissa is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. She has greatly contributed to establishing a dedicated support platform that has led to increased effectiveness and client satisfaction. Her work on special projects and events have enhanced team morale, solidified her presence as a team leader and has provided additional insight to potential business opportunities.
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. She graduated cum laude with a major in marketing and a minor in management.
